Now I am sure you saw the results of the people on the informercial and thought that there is no way that you could achieve those same results. Well I am here to tell you, you can! You are why I created this page. Here you will find exactly what you need to get started with P90X and step by step instructions on how to begin. Once you have ordered and received your P90X Extreme Home Fitness, it is very important that you follow the instructions that come with the program. So this page will just give you a brief overview of how to get started.

Things To Do Before You Start P90X


Step 1: Watch the How to Bring It video.

Step 2: Record your measurements. This step is very important, because you may not see the results of your hard work when looking at the scale or while comparing your Day 1 pics to you Day 30, 60 and 90 pics. But you will see them in these numbers. Your measurements should include:

Body Fat %
Weight
Chest
Waist
Hips
Right Thigh
Left Thigh
Right Arm
Left Arm

Step 3: Take your before photos. Then post them somewhere you will see them every day. Take a long hard look at these pics, because if you follow the program as designed you will never look that way again. Posting them in the Beachbody Message boards is also good for accountability and motivation, but more about that later.

Step 4: Take the Fit Test. Another very important step, because as I learned some people just are not ready to start P90X. Don't worry it is nothing to be ashamed of, P90X is extreme! Should you discover you are not ready for P90X message me and I can steer you towards another work out which will get you ready to tackle P90X. (More about this in the post below.)

Step 5: Get your kitchen in order. Wow, I can't tell you how crucial this is to your success with P90X. I recommend to most of the people I coach, that once you decide to take on P90X, that you spend atleast a week before beginning P90X, cleaning out your kitchen. Get rid of all the junk food you have, remove all temptations. Your diet is as important if not more then exercising to your success.

Step 6: Go to the Beachbody Message Boards for motivation, accountability and support. This is probably the most underated of all the steps. I can't tell you how many times I have turned to the message boards, when my frustration level was at a critical level.
